That is the plugin which allows to paste a game from a webpage in half-automatic way. I am afraid, it only exists in Russian. 
You can switch this plugin off. Select "Options..." menu item, then click on "Plugins" tag, find "Полуавтоматическая вставка партии" entry in the list and finally click on the "Disable" button in front of it. 
Alternatively, you can delete the file copy_game.dll from the "plugins" subfolder in Kvetka's folder.
