disable mouse hint suggestions without disabling 0 hints

Hi again,

Is there any way to disable having the move hints automatically show when the mouse is near the chessmen, but still allow pressing "0" key to show the hints?

I would prefer to disable the mouse hover hints, but still allow pressing 0-key to show the move hints.
